The prices are complete with weekly and final cleaning, bedclothes, towels, water, electricity, heating and gas for cooking.

week=20%, from 3rd week on: 30%
Booking and payments:
We prefer bookings by email. The reservation will be only valid on receipt of a deposit of 25% of the rent within a week. Please send the copy of the promissory note by fax 0039-0588-88823 or as a screenshot (jpg) by email to get immediate confirm.
The rest will be paid in Euro on your arrival plus a safety deposit 50 Euro.
The charge for cancelling a confirmed booking is: 10% until 30 days from the arrival date, 25% until 14 days, 50% until one day before, otherwise we shall charge the whole rent, unless we can replace your reservation.
